Advanced Passenger Information and Passenger Name Record
Safran Group and Helmes jointly won the contract to supply the Advanced Passenger Information and Passenger Name Record (API-PNR) data processing solution for the Estonian Ministry of the Interior. Countries​ collect passenger travel information from air carriers.
The purpose of collecting this data is to identify people who might be related to terrorism and serious crime. The Information System has been installed, developed and integrated according to the Estonian Government requirements.
