- Real Time Factory (MES) helps to improve the production quality and ensures delivery from the Customer’s machine shop. It enables delivering, storing and visualizing the data collected and conversely delivers optional commands and adjustment values back to the remote assets. The platform offers tailored integration to ERP and helps to predict the need for maintenance, as well as reduce or prevent unforeseen downtime in a controlled manner.
- Business Data Collector (industrial PC), as a part of Real Time Factory platform, allows to collect any data from sensors, devices and tracking appliances.
- GanttPlan (APS) improves production planning and automated accuracy both shorter and longer than 48 hours view to the future.
